A user represents who or what can use Imprez. In most cases, this is a real person. In other cases, it could be a bot, crawler, workflow, or integration.
At a high-level, all users interact with every platform in the same four ways, known as CRUD:
Every action a user can possibly perform can always be broken down into one or more CRUD operations. For example, a “duplicate” action would be a combination of both reading and creating.
